Terms of use

1. The service

BodiBuddy is a wellbeing companion that combines your sleep, nutrition, movement and mood into observations and suggestions for everyday life. Data can be connected through Apple HealthKit or Health Connect, or entered manually.

2. Not medical care

BodiBuddy is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses, treatment or medical advice. Always contact a healthcare professional in matters concerning your health. Do not use BodiBuddy in an emergency.

3. Account and use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials safe. The service is intended for persons aged 16 and over. You may not misuse the service, attempt to break its security or use it in a way that harms others.

4. Free and paid plans

BodiBuddy has a free plan and a paid plan. The paid plan starts with a free trial period; after the trial it continues as a recurring subscription until cancelled. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are billed and cancelled through those stores according to their terms.

Wellbeing PRO subscriptions for professionals are agreed separately in the PRO portal and are billed in the periods stated at purchase.

5. Your content and data

You retain the rights to the content you enter. You grant BodiBuddy the right to process it in order to produce the service. Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy.

6. Intellectual property

The service, its content and the BodiBuddy trademarks belong to BodiBuddy. Copying or commercial reuse without permission is not allowed.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. BodiBuddy is not liable for indirect damage, nor for decisions made on the basis of the suggestions given by the service. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

8. Changes and termination

We may develop the service and update these terms. Material changes are communicated in the app or by email. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
